Challenge
WÜSTHOF was entering the Chinese market and was looking for clear premium positioning. The retail space had to emphasize German design and the quality of their steel.
Approach
We were asked to develop new retail experience and enhance the overall brand value. We used our knowledge gained during our Fissler on-site research to define the overall service and retail experience.
Result
Within 3 months, more than 5 shops have been opened in mainland China, business is taking off slowly but safely.
